Japonaise Bakery and Cafe
The Japonaise Bakery, a French-Japanese bakery: the owners are French and Japanese, is the place where I finally found authentic croissants as good as the ones I find in France (if not better).
The bakery also has outstanding multi grain bread, brown bread, and white bread. The green boba tea, spicy tuna wrap, and pastries are also a must try.
Located on 1020 Beacon Street, Brookline, MA 02446 !

Whole foods market
Whole foods market is the easiest place in Cambridge, MA, to find the food ingredients you need. They even have a blog to share their philosophy, locally grown products, supporting local farmers, etc...

The blog story
French, raised from age 5-12 under the macrobiotic diet with a very cooking savy mother and grand parents. Now living in the US, in Cambridge MA, neither vegetarian nor macrobiotic, it took me a while to really find the ingredients I need to cook as I like it.
This blog proposes food finds in the Boston and Cambridge area, MA. It also presents receipes that I love and recommend. Starting with summer receipes!
